To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次食呢間係朋友以前係荃灣反工嘅飯堂，但自從無係荃灣反正之前就已經好耐無食過喇!首先位置唔算太方便，地鐵站或西鐵站都要行15分鐘左右，雖然呢到主要係做街坊生意，但我地去到嘅時候都要等位，不過好彩今日朋友訂左位，先唔洗等咋。我地叫左幾款刺身同壽司，另外仲叫左個日式牛肉野菜鍋定食刺身：三文魚、赤蝦、北寄貝三款刺身都好鮮甜，三文魚肥美赤蝦肉質結實火炙三文魚壽司一樣都係咁肥美鵝肝壽司上嘅鵝肝入口即溶，甘香，真係好值得推介另外就係日式牛肉野菜鍋定食配花之戀+白飯呢個定食真係好抵食。牛肉鍋其實有啲似壽喜燒，甜甜地，花之戀的三文魚同樣新鮮
