今日去咗大圍試吓粥底火鍋,二百幾蚊一位,呢個價錢算抵,而且海鮮都好新鮮,性價比好高! 左邊嘅肉蟹餐就$200一位,右邊嘅波士頓龍蝦餐就$220一位。再自選五款海鮮,八款火鍋配料。我哋揀咗波士頓龍蝦加沙白蜆餐,海鮮就揀咗鮑魚、大尾魷、花甲、貴妃蚌、蟶子。總共有七款海鮮。店員問我哋加唔加象拔蚌,$30/2隻,我哋叫咗4隻。食完晒所有海鮮之後,店員就會上火鍋料開始打邊爐。佢會比一碗南瓜粒、芋頭粒、粟米俾我哋放落去個火鍋度。火鍋配料我哋就揀咗自家製手打雞骨丸、西班牙豬梅頭片、萵筍、竹笙、粟米餃、豬腸、花膠仔。食晒所有火鍋配料之後,店員就拎啲粥出嚟,再加埋菜甫粒、冬菜、大頭菜粒、芫荽、豬油渣粒,有啲咩唔想食嘅話可以叫店員唔好落。然之後佢就會幫我哋撈晒啲嘢。全部海鮮都好新鮮,好鮮甜,有啲海鮮仲郁緊,好生猛。而且都好多肉,好肥美,口感好好。每張枱都有個計時器同埋有張教學教每樣海鮮煮幾耐,清晰易明👍🏻而火鍋配料就同平時打邊爐差唔多,但係自家製手打雞骨丸就好好味,食落去會咬到啲雞軟骨,其他材料就正正常常。至於個粥就唔覺得太有海鮮嘅味道,食到啲南瓜、菜甫味,但係都係甜既。成個餐好豐富,食到飽一飽走人👍🏻👍

火鍋配料就同平時打邊爐差唔多,但係自家製手打雞骨丸就好好味,食落去會咬到啲雞軟骨,其他材料就正正常常。至於個粥就唔覺得太有海鮮嘅味道,食到啲南瓜、菜甫味,但係都係甜既。成個餐好豐富,食到飽一飽走人👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 因為唔收加一,所以叫埋野飲都係$200幾蚊一個人,好抵👍🏻而且店員服務態度好好,主動不停幫我地收碟換碟。
