平時食lunch已知餐廳刺身用料又靚又新鮮,生日決定一試$800位的無菜單料理,果然不負所望。每道菜用料最頂級(不只新鮮那麼簡單),刺身是天后的Sushi Shin的級數(那兒一千蚊per head只是剛剛夠飽),難得的是天婦羅及串燒同樣精彩,連串燒的雞翼也是日本貨。我們當晚order了blanc de blanc的香檳只收五百多,其他餐廳最少收一千蚊,wine list選擇雖然不算多,但大約是成本價加二百元左右,相反大部分餐廳會以成本價Mark up 2.5倍的做法,扺飲啦!而店長的服務亦很貼心,講解清晰(但又唔煩),令整頓晚餐成為極enjoyable的體驗。
