Bookmark咗哩間居酒屋好耐,今日行過銅鑼灣,咁試試。餐廳裝修得好有日本feel,除咗晚市menu,仲會提供seasonal menu,係廚師推薦,唔錯。白桃蘇打,飲落唔會好甜,蜜桃味好重。意式魚生多士,魚生品種好豐富,真係好似多士一樣擺盤。用咗日式醬汁調味,食落酸甜惹味。壽司,散件咗數款壽司,包埋三文魚,三文魚腩,赤蝦壽司等。刺身全部厚切同埋好新鮮,特別係帆立貝,肉質厚身飽滿,食落好鮮甜。三文魚三切,擺得好似一朵花。三文魚好肥厚,入口鮮甜。自家制免治雞肉棒(付日本蛋),用鹽烤方式烤制,雞肉棒可以食得出粒粒脆骨,口感好豐富,再點埋日本蛋,更加好味。明太子雞翼,雞翼火候啱啱好,外皮焦脆內裡肉質juice,明太子咸香口感同雞肉好夾。浦燒鰻魚,大火逼出鰻魚皮油脂,再刷上日本鰻魚醬,食落唔會覺得鰻魚好肥,只會覺得皮脆肉Q彈緊實。牛肋骨,牛肋骨要燒好唔易,哩間餐廳燒烤功力唔錯。用少少海鹽調味,牛肋骨肉質軟嫩牛味好重。炒雜菜,食完串燒,點都要叫碟菜才食得健康。少少鹽同黑胡椒調味,已經可以食出蔬菜鮮甜。
