我都係第一次去食,坐到全場爆滿😱一去到嘅時候最多人等嘅一定係龍蝦、凍蟹腳、青口、生蠔,熟悉就係和牛、生蠔、鴨肝等等,輕輕鬆鬆就可以食回本,值得一提嘅係「傳達心意」,可以寫低心意,然後職員就會幫你寫落隻碟度,再加個心太軟,儀式感滿滿,用嚟慶祝一流我今次去食就係晚市時段19:30-22:00,$448/位,現場都好多枱,兩個人去到一班人嘅都會安排到,另外仲望到海景添🤩分嘅區域都好清晰,特別係熟食區同埋凍食區,因為兩個區多數都特別多人,所以個分流都做得唔錯,另外甜品方面都估唔到好多款式,包括蛋糕、泡芙、月餅、涼粉、啫喱糖、豆腐花等等,好多種類食物方面比較印象深刻係凍食區嘅龍蝦,size每隻都超過成隻手掌咁大,而且會不停refill,龍蝦嘅肉質好爽彈新鮮,唔怪得次次refill完都冇晒啦😂生蠔就係法國生蠔,職員開生蠔開得幾快,每人每次可以拎到三隻,size適中,食落都好新鮮,好鮮甜🤤今次嘅和牛主題真係好吸引到我,因為我係超鍾意食牛,用上佐賀牛去整咗唔同嘅菜式,包括有火炙和牛壽司、慢烤鹽麴燒、鐵板燒,唔食牛嘅話呢都有北海道白樺豚壽喜燒,牛肉好香牛味,鐵板燒係最出到牛肉味,而且啲油脂香都出晒嚟🤤咁

今次嘅和牛主題真係好吸引到我,因為我係超鍾意食牛,用上佐賀牛去整咗唔同嘅菜式,包括有火炙和牛壽司、慢烤鹽麴燒、鐵板燒,唔食牛嘅話呢都有北海道白樺豚壽喜燒,牛肉好香牛味,鐵板燒係最出到牛肉味,而且啲油脂香都出晒嚟🤤咁慢烤鹽麴燒嘅製法就似食緊牛扒咁,但係佢嘅肉質就好軟身,腍身,好入味,我自己幾鍾意食呢個質感🐮因為我好鍾意食牛,其實我食呢個區域已經回咗本😂


飲品方面有巨峰提子汁、柑桔汁等,另外紅酒白酒係任飲嘅,跟住仲有一個沙律區域同埋芝士區域,都係多款選擇
