To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好普通的茶餐廳

今天走去試一試，覺得與其他荼餐廳沒分別。可能是裝修了不久，已沒有了舊的感覺，而食物方面就好壞參半，我叫了一個午餐，有火腿奄列，牛米，凍奶茶。火腿奄列好油，不過塊多士就好熱同好脆，仲好夠牛油。牛米就一般，份量算多。但杯奶茶就不好喝，我叩了少甜少奶，但杯茶只少奶沒少甜。個餐22元，同其他茶餐廳差不多,當tea set 都算夠份量。補充一點：個阿姐服務好好，佢以為我覺得塊多士唔夠牛油，即刻走來好客氣咁問是否要加牛油，佢既服務就好多茶餐廳都學唔到了。
