近排興芫荽,鍾意食芫荽嘅朋友就啱哂嘞,一大撮芫荽!為免黐底,記得加熱過程中要攪攪佢。眼見現場唔少人「大安主意」由得啲雞响缺水嘅情況之下乾煲到出哂燸味,佢哋就顧住捽手機同傾偈,我真係唔知講咩好。雞件份量足,要麻有麻,要辣有辣,調味方面係冇得彈嘅,可惜雞件的皮下脂肪黃油部份太多,對於時下講究健康嚟講呢就唔係太好嘞。意想不到嘅係雖然呢度嘅主打菜色係雞煲,但係呢度嘅安格斯肥牛無論色水、肉質以至牛味都係上等水平。魚的確係脆嘅,由於响重麻辣嘅調味之中滾熟,所以係食唔出任何泥味、腥味。估唔到西洋菜嘅甜同麻辣湯底嘅麻辣味竟然係夾得到㗎喎!竹蔗茅根水望落就幾足料,但係飲落就淡口咗啲。
