今日過咗堅尼地城,朋友話同我做節,食情比金堅情人節飯😌。去到一間叫《堅離地冰室》餐廳,心唸冰室做節冇比打邊爐任食好幾多喎,但入到去又改變咗我對冰室嘅觀感。呢間冰室並唔係茶記係据扒㗎!睇吓個餐牌,竟然有鵝肝煎牛柳、脆皮德國鹹豬手、燒春雞、仲有威靈頓牛柳!我地就點咗:🐟 香草比目魚扒配刁草忌廉白汁$116- 比目魚好滑、煎到邊好香脆、薯條配嘅味粉食到停唔到口🍝 黑松露忌廉汁大蝦炒意大利粉$86- 個意大利粉質素好好軟硬適中、忌廉汁乾身、大蝦足料- 餐湯羅宋湯🥫(加配酥皮)算少見嘅配搭,雜菜湯夠開胃🍹飲品:鹹檸蜜、蘆薈百香果最後甜品仲點咗個🍮火焰雪山疏乎厘Souffié $55- 疏乎厘輕盈蓬鬆、上枱時仲會🔥點著淋咗喺面嘅完美咁過咗一個好有儀式感嘅情人節💕

🐟 香草比目魚扒配刁草忌廉白汁$116
- 比目魚好滑、煎到邊好香脆、薯條配嘅味粉食到停唔到口
🍝 黑松露忌廉汁大蝦炒意大利粉$86
- 個意大利粉質素好好軟硬適中、忌廉汁乾身、大蝦足料
- 餐湯羅宋湯🥫(加配酥皮)算少見嘅配搭,雜菜湯夠開胃
🍹飲品:鹹檸蜜、蘆薈百香果

最後甜品仲點咗個
🍮火焰雪山疏乎厘Souffié $55
- 疏乎厘輕盈蓬鬆、上枱時仲會🔥點著淋咗喺面嘅

完美咁過咗一個好有儀式感嘅情人節💕
