之前tvb播城寨風雲時就好想到這家店試試,終於在一年多後有了就次機會。餐廳下午5點半開始提供晚餐,我們打電話訂了6點的位子,被告知只能吃到8點半。6點半後這裡已全線滿座。店舖布置咗好多有特色的装飾品,連地上都有鋪銅錢。唔怪得之好多顧客來此打卡。出品方面都有自己風味:乳豬:名符其實的乳豬,所以皮薄而脆,冇肥膏,另加咗特別的酱料燒,所以亦有淡淡的香甜味。大人小朋友都好愛。魚腸:好考功夫的菜式,唔係度度都有得食。呢間的魚腸幾足料,焗出來成個煲都好干身,唔會有癡底同粘粘的感覺,雖冇加果皮,但亦唔會腥。不過有d魚腸都苦苦地。乳鴿肉不多,味道相對其他食肆的會略显清淡,亦冇跟餐上淮盐。茄子係亮點,上碟好大條,以為係斋,但原來內有釀墨魚滑,正。雞煲的雞肉好嫩滑,又入味,連小朋友都食到停唔到口。炒飯亦有賣相,又有實際,干身香口,粒粒分明。最後仲要贊吓前菜,豬仔腳意想唔到咁嫩,牛肉腍身,酒香四溢。餐廳仲冇切餅費,真係值得再食過。
