To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友去睇演唱會之前就嚟咗呢間日本野食晚餐！其實成日都路過但係佢轉左手之後就一直都冇嚟過！嗰日咁岩醒起就諗住去試一試點知出乎意料之外！同埋老闆真係好有心又好健談！其實有時候係呢啲小店唔到食嘢同老闆傾吓計又舒舒服服咁真係唔錯！呢板海膽真係無得輸超級超級鮮味！天婦羅亦都係即叫即炸好味而且個炸粉唔錯仲有呢個幾個口味嘅雞肉棒都唔錯呢個腐皮鵪春蛋值得一試！從來都未食過😋呢個係第二次你食嘅時候影嘅第一次嚟嘅時候一啖放咗落口都已經唔記得左影相！我覺得如果約埋三五知己想安安靜靜傾下偈食下飯又食物有啲品質嘅話都不妨可以考慮下呢一種小店😃
