慶祝母親節,屋企人book左邦哥,發現好有驚喜。由前菜到甜品都好有心思,無論賣相定味道都好出色。香鱘魚子魚飯係超級鮮甜,第一舊我就咁食都已經係好甜,食落有種停唔到口咁。 食完仲會將魚骨炸左去食埋,都係一流。另一道想講嘅係龍蝦蒸蛋,龍蝦味本身就好正,特別係應該係佢個蛋應該係蛋白,令到成件事好似布甸咁幾得意。但海鮮配偏甜嘅蛋可能會對某啲人黎講未去到最啱味。最鐘意一定係雞油花雕花紅蟹配煎米粉底。本身個雞油花雕汁會比多幾碗大家配落米粉,充滿蟹膏蟹黃蟹肉,仲有陣雞油同花雕油味加埋一齊超級合拍。甜品就還好嘅西米露,冇咩特別。環境就一般,都唔係佢主打嘅嘢,但一家人食飯我又覺得還好,係咩追求。你當然唔會當佢係求婚呀個啲環境啦,但無咩大問題,唔太影響我。最後埋完單邦哥出黎打個招呼,望到佢出晒汗嘅樣講左句「多謝支持本地小店」,個下我只可以講真心有啲感觸,係feel到佢嘅真誠同佢應該係好辛苦。之後上網睇左佢嘅訪問,更加覺得有種莫名嘅感動。有心做野食嘅廚師,好難得。
