To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上兩星期六同男友去南海一號興祝生日,環境、氣氛、服務態度極等整體都好好。我早一個星期已預留Window seat,所以能夠吾夠面食天堂面享受維港夜景。我們點了3個菜及1枝紅酒。埋單在約$1500,價錢都可以接受。點了燒肉,炸魷魚 及 廚師推介的孜然烤羊肉。頭兩款都可以,燒肉肥瘦適中。至於烤羊肉真係好好味,本身我們都唔太肚餓,但食了一口後,都好想繼續食埋落去。師傅這個羊助骨非常鬆軟,,味道有好入味,用來送紅酒釀樓。支紅酒大約$500幾,但都已經好好食,好有果味。至於服務生都好有禮貌,不會時時追你收碗碟。所以都值得推介去拍拖食。
