To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚，打算去油麻地電影中心睇戲，睇十點幾場，所以有時間慢慢食個晚餐，朋友介紹我可以去附近嘅紅煮意。老實講，如果無人介紹，真係無必會留意到呢間餐廳。可能因為地點關係，星期五七點幾，都唔算好多人，加上樓底高，整個感覺唔會太焗促，同其他食客會有啲距離，私人空間多啲。聽講逢星期六晚會有樂隊駐場表演，可惜早咗一日上嚟。講返正題，首先講個蘑菇湯，合格嘅蘑菇味夠香，個湯唔會太稀太水。呢到只係得一款湯，無得揀，鍾意紅湯嘅朋友要留意返。主菜分別叫咗一個魚扒、一個肉眼扒，原本想叫海鹽燒比目魚扒，可惜無比目魚扒，所以轉做鱸魚扒。鱸魚扒魚皮個面煎得好脆口，但入面唔會煎到太乾身，配埋個汁整體感覺都清爽。另外就叫一份五成熟肉眼扒，配燒汁，肉質鮮嫩，都唔錯，值得推薦。特別一提餐廳係播廣東歌，憑電影票尾仲可以有優惠。老闆應該都係一個重視文化發展嘅人。
