To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去左一間好有格調既西餐廳, 位於尖沙咀既樓上鋪, 靜靜地坐得好舒服, 好適合情侶一齊黎食飯呢到主要都係食西餐, 價錢黎講唔算貴, 而且都幾多選擇, 仲可以叫套餐首先會先比左面包我地食, 都幾好食我地兩個人前菜叫左炸芝士年糕, 外層酥脆金黃, 咬落去入面煙韌, 芝士又有拉絲, 仲有淡淡既奶香味. 雖然係炸物, 但都唔會令人覺得油膩,反而清爽可口, 而且岩岩黎個陣熱辣辣咁食, 作為前菜好出色之後我地叫左個鮮蝦布袋芝士意式雲吞, 佢個汁就用左龍蝦汁, 食落個味道幾特別, 係好香既蝦味, 唔只係個餡, 我覺得出色既係佢個汁, 加上個皮幾Q彈, 掛到個汁, 咬落去連埋芝士既口感係幾好, 芝士味道就比較啖, 但我覺得岩岩好, 唔會搶左D蝦味最後主食我地叫左個煙肉大啡菇芝士牛肉漢堡, 黎到個陣真係好大個! 係一口咬唔曬既厚度, 麵包有煎過, 外酥內軟,香氣四溢, 牛肉都好多汁, 牛味幾重, 煙肉就煎到幾脆, 加埋大啡菇同埋芝士令到每一啖既口感都好豐富, 而且好大個, 又可以飽腹又能大飽口福。總括黎講, 呢間餐廳既環境同食物都好有質素, 而且性價比高, 值得再黎食
