Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試過買牛角包，長法包，bagel，cinnamon roll，果仁撻等，全部都超好食。食得出啲麵包好足麵粉，有重量，好煙韌又有咬口。講到至愛絕對係果仁撻， 撻底又趣，果仁又新鮮，焦糖牛油味又夠香濃，係有外國先食到的味道！下次真係要試埋佢哋嘅蛋糕，曲奇，試下佢啲功夫夠唔夠。我仲去過佢哋嘅灣仔分店，但係覺得入面嘅選擇好似冇佐敦呢間咁多，我諗可能佢嘅總店始終做得好啲！ 希望呢間麵包舖可以保持初心，繼續做啲有質量嘅麵包， 呢啲麵包舖香港真係買少見少。
