首選佢既牛腰扒5成熟,好重牛味,而且肉質好軟熟,不過比較細份,唔夠喉!可惜第二次食,無貨返,所以叫左份牛腹扒,都好味既,不過肉質較硬。啲扒就算唔點醬都好好食,肉表面係落左鹽去煎,所以本身已有調味。第二次試埋黑毛豬鞍扒,勁大塊,不過肉質有少少乾同硬,啲汁係蜜糖芥末醬,幾開胃,但我覺得舊豬點牛肝菌汁,個肉味會更出。鵝肝燉蛋幾特別,所以叫左黎試下,食完感覺有啲浪費個鵝肝,鵝肝味唔算太出,似普通燉蛋~啲side dish都係有水準而且份量都多,松露薯條即炸,溏心蛋個樣好靚味道OK,椰菜仔一層層咁好有口感,不過有西芹味,唔中意食西芹既朋友要留意啦。牛肝菌汁意粉,無乜特別,個人覺得唔叫都可以。甜品方面,呢兩次食左黑白厚多士同埋有菠蘿既菠蘿包。黑白厚多士表面睇落無乜特別,但竟然係好食過菠蘿包好多,因為佢係即炸既西多配埋凍冰冰既雪糕,冰火二重奏咁。菠蘿包就上盤時好靚,食落係夾雪糕既包咁,都好食既,不過我唔中意食椰絲,所以個味道扣左少少分。呢間餐廳既main course 定價都高,兩個人食7-800蚊走唔甩,不過水準係唔錯,推薦大家黎食!大
