由中環返工嘅朋友介紹,話鏞記後面開咗間小餐廳,見同屋企人喺中環行完街,所以行上去揾揾. 可能時間比較早(大約6:00pm),所以即刻有位. 小店只有大約20座位,但老闆話下午或好天時候可打開門伸展出去加位. 跟老闆閒聊開,知道原來老闆夫婦由美國回流,隨他本身對廚藝及酒有研究外,亦邀請一位法國大廚幫手,所以此店專長做美、法菜.首先老闆介紹我哋食Fried Calamari...好好食,一啲都唔覺油膩,而且仲有法廚特製嘅醬,正!! 仲有Garden Salad, 水準平均.然後再叫湯...兩個Cream of Mushroom,兩個Beef Consomme. 磨菰湯用新鮮磨菰做, 好融,好滑.
