Restaurant: Kam Kee Cafe (Two Harbour Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近因衛生關係,經常以外賣形式代替堂食,今次食的便是金記冰室。先點了著名的豬扒炒公仔麵,不得不說,豬扒經火炒後,香味十足,而且肉質有咬口,不會過硬或使用鬆肉粉致軟,另外炒公仔麵更出色,鬆軟有彈口,醬油味充分發揮到每一條麵條。然後是招牌的乾炒牛河,乾炒牛河同樣醬油的表現十分出色,所有河粉沾滿了濃濃的醬油香,亦十分上色。至於牛肉亦牛香味很濃,有咬口,乾炒牛河都有的通病是油份較多,這碟控制油份做得很好。平均每樣菜式亦只是$50,茶餐廳價格十分化算。
