知道銅鑼灣新開左間日本餐廳食omakase~,見到餐廳裝潢都幾好,乾淨簡約,就同朋友一齊黎試下仲係米芝蓮推介餐廳添! 一入到去,店員都好有禮貌,廚師問我地有咩唔食,就由佢發板~之後亦都好快上左頭盤!呢個枝豆豆腐好好味,佢個口感好特別,而個東風螺亦都好鮮甜而呢個鹽燒帶子都好出色!咸味唔會過重蓋過帶子嘅鮮味~最值得一提嘅係,好多人都好喜歡食拖羅,而佢嘅整法係燒一燒個面,然後加少少用蘿蔔加wasabi再加豉油嘅蓉係上面,食落口感好好,即溶之餘仲會咬到面嗰層燒左嘅呑拿魚,超正!之後就係呢個安康魚肝,都係好好味!三文魚鮫我食得多😂呢個呑拿魚鮫正分出色,佢嘅肉質好嫩,加少少脂肪,真係好正,但食完呢個會有少少飽,始終都係熟食,但我覺得值得一試!之後就食返清新少少嘅毛蟹,係佢地自己嗌貨新鮮即拆!都係好鮮甜!海膽唔洗多講啦,米芝蓮推介得嘅餐廳,海膽又點會差!!一舊真係唔夠添呀!之後都仲有個燒拖羅壽司,佢加左柚子胡椒係上面,令到整體無咁油膩!之後廚師驚我唔夠飽,佢仲整左個呑拿魚溶手卷比我,但其實真係唔會唔夠飽!我食飽飽撐住個肚先落樓架真係!😂到最後仲有生果食,最重要要講嘅係,個蜜瓜好多汁!!真係放入口就爆

三文魚鮫我食得多😂呢個呑拿魚鮫正分出色,佢嘅肉質好嫩,加少少脂肪,真係好正,但食完呢個會有少少飽,始終都係熟食,但我覺得值得一試!

之後廚師驚我唔夠飽,佢仲整左個呑拿魚溶手卷比我,但其實真係唔會唔夠飽!我食飽飽撐住個肚先落樓架真係!😂

到最後仲有生果食,最重要要講嘅係,個蜜瓜好多汁!!真係放入口就爆汁即溶!成餐就因為最後呢個生果完美畫上句號

其實呢餐唔止食左呢幾樣,但我只係放到12張相上黎~所以就特別講我覺得真係好好味嘅~我仲食左深海池魚,剝皮魚,金目鯛同北寄貝都係好新鮮又好味!


整體感覺係好好,廚師好細心,講解食物來源,用咩配料等等,等熟食黎之前都等左一小段時間,佢怕我地餓仲比左個蘿蔔漬我地止餓~
所以我都十分推介呢間餐廳比各位朋友仔!!真係值得一試🥳
