秋風起嘅晚上,對我黎講,就係一個流連居酒屋,食串燒嘅好時分。傍晚來到呢間日式燒物小店,急不及待入去坐低。店鋪係簡單日本家庭式小店裝潢,可能因為已經來過幾次,有莫名嘅親切感。食物價格亦好親民。胡麻冷豆腐($22)麻醬鋪滿整個豆腐,豆腐本身口感軟滑,加上旁邊嘅青瓜、番茄同沙律菜,令人胃口大增。皇帝蟹肉壽司($28)、腐皮壽司($16)、劍魚壽司($30)壽司整體都唔貴,最欣賞皇帝蟹肉壽司,蟹肉份量好多,而且新鮮充滿水分。上面仲有少量蟹膏作為點缀。黃花魚一夜干燒半條($68)雖然係半條,但完全唔影響上碟嘅美觀度。魚皮燒得焦脆,而且魚刺處理得好好,可以放心地大口大口食。車厘茄串($18)燒得熱熱的車厘茄,配上酸甜嘅醬汁,入口感覺飽滿豐厚。燒三文魚飯糰($29)外層刷上日本醬油煎烤,遠處都聞到飯糰嘅焦香。加上紫菜食,外面香脆,裡面飯粒Q彈,而且餡料唔少。鹽燒雞翼($35)、牛油粟米($20)燒雞翼係我食串燒必點菜式。呢間嘅鹽燒雞翼質素唔錯,雞皮燒得均勻而且乾身,鹹度適中,同時能夠保留雞肉嘅潤滑感。
