To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮨文🍣,唔駛多講,但新開時要等幾個月無book到之後,一直無左回事,然後大肚時有人係咁post搞到我抑鬱咁滯 ,今日終於去食了🤣🤣🤣,今次試左十貫,先來有充滿貴氣既金箔茶碗蒸,魚生魚生最重要食魚,無論生魚,熟魚定咸魚我都鍾意食,所以對魚好有大期望,開頭🍣油甘魚,金目鯛都幾鮮甜,帶子無乜特別,之後既蝦同燒鰻魚有d驚喜,Ok, d 海膽多到滿瀉,一啖係唔會食得哂💚然後對三文魚籽改觀喇,醬油醃過,更加無我驚既腥同油既味👍🏻平時我好唔鍾意食架🤣 再來一個帶子群邊手卷,哈蜜瓜作結,呢個lunch 好滿足店員細心既服務,還有麥師傅的專業解說,唔怪得朋友會係咁黎食🤣🤣🤣,不過店太細,坐得好迫下 ,會撞到隔離隻手
