成日都好鍾意試唔同國家菜式fusion嘅餐廳,今次聽講有間新開嘅泰式fusion菜,仲要喺堅尼地城咁近我,就搵埋一位同我一樣咁鍾意泰式風情嘅朋友一齊去食啦。餐廳有份soft opening menu,有得揀two/ three/ four courses,為食嘅我地就揀左four courses,每set都只需$228,有一份流心牛角包、一份starter,一個main同埋一個dessert。唔知係因為soft opening先咁抵,定之後都會係呢個價錢咁抵食啦。🦞冬蔭龍蝦湯流心牛角包喺中間一刀切落去,啲冬蔭功龍蝦湯流曬出黎,成個畫面好靚。冬蔭功味比較重,稍微有啲掩蓋左龍蝦湯嘅味,所以似係比較creamy嘅冬蔭功湯,但都好好食。🥐法式龍蝦湯流心牛角包呢個嘅龍蝦湯味濃好多,我個人比較鍾意呢個。牛角包中間浸滿龍蝦湯好正。🦪燒美國生蠔配泰式辣汁(Starter)每份有兩隻生蠔。每隻生蠔都好大隻,差唔多有手掌咁大隻,上面滿佈泰式辣汁,個汁有啲似明爐烏頭個汁嘅味,好正。我地叫左兩份。🥩瑪莎曼咖哩和牛尾(Main)咖哩好香濃,味道係甜甜地,唔辣但好食。和牛尾有三大舊,肉質好嫩滑。仲有啲煮得好軟淋嘅

每份有兩隻生蠔。每隻生蠔都好大隻,差唔多有手掌咁大隻,上面滿佈泰式辣汁,個汁有啲似明爐烏頭個汁嘅味,好正。我地叫左兩份。

🥩瑪莎曼咖哩和牛尾(Main)
咖哩好香濃,味道係甜甜地,唔辣但好食。和牛尾有三大舊,肉質好嫩滑。仲有啲煮得好軟淋嘅紅蘿蔔,配白飯一流。

🍣真空慢煮挪威三文魚 配冬蔭意大利飯(Main,+$18)
店員推介話呢道菜係呢幾日新出嘅,佢話呢個risotto唔係用意大利飯嗰隻米,係用泰國米。聽落覺得幾特別,所以揀左呢個。
慢煮嘅三文魚特別嫩滑,同埋佢表面燒過,燒得有啲日式嘅炙燒三文魚咁,幾香幾好食。
泰國米煮risotto幾特別,冇平時嘅risotto咁硬身,冬蔭功味濃而又唔會太酸,好食。

🥥椰子雪糕 配風乾鳳梨 及紫糯米
用cocktail杯裝住好靚,勁啱打卡用。椰子雪糕嘅椰子味好濃,會食到中間有椰絲。配上風乾鳳梨同埋紫糯米,充滿泰國風情。

🍮真空慢煮法式焦糖燉蛋
呢個好好食!好彩有叫!焦糖燉蛋上面有一塊燒過嘅風乾鳳梨,燉蛋底下又有啲菠蘿蓉,好特別。
個燉蛋係慢煮嘅,問過店員,佢話要煮兩個鐘。比起平時嘅焦糖燉蛋,呢個慢煮嘅燉蛋更加creamy更加滑,食落個口感好似食緊mousse咁,但又充滿蛋香,好食。
