Yeah! 老公又帶我食好野! 話上次食過既omakase唔夠正宗,唔夠正! 所以book左間正宗又正既omakase,同我去試!道鮨 - 係銅鑼灣既其中一間高級日本菜,專食omakase,老公仔話每人起碼千幾蚊!我都係第一食咁high class既日本菜…好期待啊!道鮨的格調好高,裝修雅緻, 入去之前,我鬧左個笑話,因為係門口見到有menu就八卦望下,睇下一陣食乜,點知我只係見到menu上有lunch set,無其他野,就覺得好奇怪! 點知老公串我:"呢度係高級日本餐廳,專食omakase,話明廚師發板,又點會有menu呢!" 呵…未食過嘛!入到去見到有張好長既bar台,有好多客人已經坐左係度,睇緊廚師整緊野食! 呢個真係omakase既特式!不過今次好full, 所以坐返台! 無耐店長就問我地有無咩唔食,咁基實我地好多野都食既,所以呢餐乖乖等食!前菜 - 松前漬 / 日本番茄 / 高野豆腐終於有得食啦! 前菜有三小碟,用木托裝起,好精緻啊! 松前漬原來係醃昆布+蘿蔔,酸酸地好開胃啊! 不過蘿蔔口感好得意,初先咬落去覺得彈牙,仲以為係魷魚添,好得意! 至于日本番茄呢,並無配一般既麻醬

松前漬原來係醃昆布+蘿蔔,酸酸地好開胃啊! 不過蘿蔔口感好得意,初先咬落去覺得彈牙,仲以為係魷魚添,好得意! 至于日本番茄呢,並無配一般既麻醬,而係配蛋黃醬,味道又幾特別喎! 至高野豆腐呢,望落去唔似滑豆腐,顏色帶黃,有d似玉子豆腐,不過係有咬口d既,唔會一咬就散,好fresh!

之後係食愛侶魚,其實唔知呢隻係屬于甚麼類形既魚,但魚身係好靚既粉紅色, 上面有淺淺既紋路,加上廚師斜刀切左幾條紋,成件藝術品咁靚

至于深海池魚呢, 真係刺身既精品,魚味重又勁多魚油,入口即融既口感超正!

依佐木魚呢,魚皮燒過,特別香濃,薄薄既魚皮貼著魚紅色魚肉,好有魚味,無得彈!
