To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以為Fusion 點心一定係要去好貴好高檔餐廳先有,估唔到觀塘呢間新潮點心咁正!朋友帶我黎食,開頭都抱住半懷疑心態驚fusion 點心有伏,但真係每到我三星期內上左兩次。最正係呢款脆脆紅米腸粉,兩次黎我都嗌呢款。好脆又足料隻蝦都好大隻,有三款丈分別係甜酸醬,花生醬,豉油,甜酸醬最好食,其實花生醬都好龍尾不過有啲膩得滯之後試咗酸菜魚蝦餃雖然我唔係好食得辣但都覺得好惹味,係要飲多幾杯水另一個係金沙蝦餃,咬落去會爆啲醬彈到周圍都係呢一款我覺得普普通通,但個金沙鹹蛋黃醬係食得出鹹蛋黃味,冇揸流攤最後就係黑金流沙包呢個就出面其他地方都食到,正正常常!總括來講呢間嘢真係好高質,買單時如果入埋做會員仲可以減$50超抵

另一個係金沙蝦餃,咬落去會爆啲醬彈到周圍都係
呢一款我覺得普普通通,但個金沙鹹蛋黃醬係食得出鹹蛋黃味,冇揸流攤
