To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八寶清湯腩嘅招牌當然係佢既清湯蘿蔔崩沙腩麵，我專登揀一款普通腩試吓佢定嘅分別。清湯蘿蔔牛腩麵：湯清味美，蘿蔔爽脆，牛腩燉得腍腍入味，滿足食客對濃郁湯底嘅渴望。清湯蘿蔔崩沙腩麵：湯清味鮮，腩肉腍腍軟嫩，蘿蔔煮得入味，整體搭配和諧，令人回味無窮，好明顯同普通嘅牛腩有分別。八寶清湯腩以清淡鮮美嘅湯底同細緻烹調聞名。不過有啲食客可能會覺得湯底味道稍嫌清淡，但我正正就鐘意佢呢個味。下次一定會返嚟再食，掂呀。
