To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶時間，一定要食得最邪惡啦😌諗下午茶第一時間一定係諗炸雞髀，仲要係脆卜卜咁先夠邪惡😝今日嚟到皇室冰廳試吓呢度嘅炸雞脾先😉餐廳好有地道香港風味嘅茶餐廳感覺炸雞髀下午茶$38相當抵食，而且係大大隻嘅炸雞皮，所以如果以下午茶來講絕對係性價比極高😝呢一隻炸雞脾大大隻得來，肉質都仍然保持好嫩滑，而且仲係好多肉汁！超好口感！一啖咬落去，雞皮炸得脆脆，入面有熱辣辣嘅肉汁流出黎😝真係諗返起都流口水🤤總括來講，呢一間餐廳嘅炸雞脾可以列入我最喜愛的炸雞脾頭三位❤️

相當抵食，而且係大大隻嘅炸雞皮，所以如果以下午茶來講絕對係性價比極高😝
呢一隻炸雞脾大大隻得來，肉質都仍然保持好嫩滑，而且仲係好多肉汁！超好口感！
一啖咬落去，雞皮炸得脆脆，入面有熱辣辣嘅肉汁流出黎😝真係諗返起都流口水🤤

總括來講，呢一間餐廳嘅炸雞脾可以列入我最喜愛的炸雞脾頭三位❤️
