閨密生日, 決定兩姐妹一齊食好野! 一於食豪D! 我地都鐘意食日本野,不過今次唔想食普通 Sashimi or sushi, 揀左去銅鑼灣食磯燒 – 磯野水產! 沙律- 我地叫左”和牛他他蓉沙律” , 其實第一次食他他, 上碟果陣見好生咁, 都驚食唔到! 不過原來係要將只鵪鶉蛋撈埋d和牛, 再用羅紋菜或者紫菜包黎食架! 哈~講真有d似食海膽咁!  食落陣牛肉味好鮮,一點都唔腥, 重點係d牛撈埋鵪鶉蛋真係非常之滑, 食落有好多洋蔥同青瓜粒, 層次好豐富!

下酒物 – 同樣店長推介”鹽燒銀杏” ,其實銀杏即係我地既白果! 聽落好似無特別,但其實呢種日本銀杏係特別大粒架! 不過最吸引既,係整碟銀杏鋪滿鹽,好似雪白既雪,好有格調! (下酒物就係要有格調,再配酒飲先開心架麻!)

接落黎終於主食出場啦! 店長拿左盤海鮮出來show比我地睇,原來特撰盛合包左好多海鮮架! 有響螺、赤蝦、帆立貝、鮑魚、雪場蟹腳, 重點係今晚既時令魚有喜知次啊! 我聽過喜知次好正,但好貴,聽就聽得多啦,今晚終於可以一試!

天婦羅 – 我地選左赤蝦做天婦羅! 一人有一只, 不過赤蝦勁大只, 天婦羅由蝦頭脆到蝦尾, 炸粉好薄, 但蝦身仲好滑, 唔似其他地方炸到死實實!

燒物四食
鹽燒喜知次 – 真係無得彈! 咁大個女都無食過咁正既魚架! 師傅話喜知次其實好少有得食, 因為係深海魚, 要睇時令同撞正有無咁大條! 今次條喜知次, 我地決定鹽燒! 因為覺得越靚既魚,應該要用最原始既方法整,先食到鮮味! 鹽燒就最適合啦! 果然上碟果陣聞到好香, 喜知切經過鹽燒, 表面香脆, 魚味好濃郁! 不過夾開黎食仲正啊! 魚肉唔單止好香好滑, 最重要係極之juicy! 平時食燒魚通常都好乾憎憎, 都係第一次食皮脆肉嫩又多汁既燒魚!  不過我閨密仲誇張, 食個魚頭食晒, 佢話呢骨都燒到好脆好香, 個頭先係最正喎…哈!!

雪場蟹腳濱燒 – 最尾見到蟹腳真係好開心! 因為對上一次食, 已經係3年前係大阪食既事! 雪場蟹腳就係雪場蟹腳, 蟹味既鮮甜同一梳梳既蟹肉, 真係無得輸! 最重要係燒完要即食, 因為凍左少少就已經唔係最好食既時間! (當然師傅都係我地面前即燒即食, 所以我地先食得好正既味道)

帆立貝濱燒 – 師傅係我地面前用火槍即燒!
見住只帆立貝慢慢開口, 好似叫我地快d食佢咁! 食左咁香脆既喜知次, 燒帆立貝決定用配清酒燒!  其實帆立貝只係新鮮、大只就好好食! 師傅燒到剛剛好, 表面燒脆, 內裡半生熟, 有刺身既口感又有燒物既香!

特別遊戲 – 原來點一個盛合set, 可以玩一次”一手蜆”架喎! 只要我地一手拿起幾多只蜆, 就會用來做”清酒煮蜆” , 又幾得意喎! 初先我以為好容易那得起10幾20只, 但原來d蜆都好大好滑手, 最後得10只咋! 都好, 有免費清酒煮蜆食, yummy!

其實今次真係食得特別豪! 所以真係非常極之飽, 但女孩子又點可以唔食甜吧呢?所以叫左番薯雪糕 + 柚子雪芭, 味道好清新! 最適合作為今餐生日飯做一個結尾!
