To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁事源我同女朋友有一日唔知食咩嘅時候, 行行下見到間加太賀, 所以忍唔住入咗去食。咁一入到去嘅時候,個環境都幾大幾舒服, 正正適合我同女朋友二人世界, 咁我哋一打開餐牌嘅時候, 就見到好多唔同種類嘅日本食物。 但因為我哋係學生嘅緣故,所以有好多食物都比唔起, 最後我哋揀咗幾款平平哋嘅食物( 鰻魚炒麵、芒果海鮮炒飯、天婦羅、 炸芝士波)咁我哋叫呢幾樣嘅嘢食都幾好食嘅, 起初我對芒果海鮮炒飯冇咁大好感, 因為我覺得芒果同炒飯唔夾, 但當我試咗第一啖嘅時候, 就已經停唔到手。所以我推薦大家嚟加太賀
