To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情後成日一人食飯,好耐無邊爐。見大家樂賣埋佢個1人爐,諗住試下,點知...落單後個收銀叫我等號碼,但我發覺三張飛(一張野食,一張爐,一張火油罐)有2張無號碼,特登去攞野食嗰個位問下,結果蠟一眼就叫我等叫號碼。15分鐘後野食ready,個包外賣阿嬸叫我攞,我話少左個爐同火油罐。佢第一反應“我唔知架,你問其他人啦。快D攞走D野食唔好阻住嗮”。我去問另外一個職員,結果佢地兩個傾左15分鐘,搵爐再搵多15分鐘先搞掂(最後都係包外賣個阿嬸去攞)。好不容易用左45分鐘買個外賣,返到屋企攞個爐出黎擺係檯面跟住準備野食,結果一隻1吋長嘅曱甴由個煲度 躝咗出嚟.. KO 佢之後,過咗五分鐘左右又發現多兩隻細曱甴係嗰包裝盒入面。 最終唔知係咪有曱甴走甩咗,我第二日就發覺廚房多咗啲曱甴仔(平時係無嘅)... 以後我都唔會返嚟呢間
