放假約埋朋友一齊黎呢間裝修都好泰式風情嘅餐廳試下,未食都比佢裝修吸引住。係泰式美食體驗中,呢四道菜各具特色。首先,青木瓜沙律作為開胃菜,當然係酸酸甜甜辣辣咁,重點係我認為佢嘅青木瓜好新鮮,好爽口。泰式蝦炒金邊粉,色香味俱全,蝦仁鮮嫩飽滿,金邊粉彈牙,而且份量十足。酥炸鮮蝦毛酥脆,呢個菜係我第一次認識,雖然係酥炸,但食落一啲都冇油膩嘅感覺,鬆鬆脆脆,非常好食。最後嘅泰式酸魚鍋我認為係招牌菜。濃郁的湯底融合了酸辣的味道,魚肉好鮮美,搭配各種新鮮蔬菜,不但可以暖身,而且非常飽肚,佢香濃嘅香茅同埋金不換嘅香氣,令到成個鍋都非常美味。總體黎講,呢四道菜品不僅展現了泰國料理的精髓,也帶來了味蕾上的極大享受。無論是開胃、主菜還是小食,每一道都讓人流連忘返。
