To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去食，好混亂。 枱入面有張餐牌，但係俾人d 豌碟杯擋住左，睇唔到。唔通移走人地d 食物咩，咁咪叫佢可唔可以俾張餐牌，點知個女人聲大夾惡講左句﹕呢張咪餐牌無架啦未唔好睇囉！ 火都黎。都算，之後叫完野食點知有個食客係我未到之前已經移左係秘2張枱，但係咁將佢d 食物放係我張枱到，不停咁話佢搬左去另一張枱都仲係要將d 食物擺過黎。之後到我要食既野黎到，個女待應問邊個，我未話呢到囉，點知佢又將d 野食拎左去第2道，一係就企係到唔理你，你答佢幾次呢到呀佢依然拎住唔放低俾你，都唔知佢想點。食物質數算係咁，酸辣湯底唔夠酸又唔夠辣，土匪雞翼咸左少少。無飲野，因為張餐牌比人擋住左睇唔到原來飲品只係加6蚊！坐已經唔算好坐，好逼，食兩樣野已經50蚊，我個人覺得都幾貴，況且簡單基本對人既禮貌都無，我唔會再幫襯。

坐已經唔算好坐，好逼，食兩樣野已經50蚊，我個人覺得都幾貴，況且簡單基本對人既禮貌都無，我唔會再幫襯。
