好耐無食火鍋啦,知道旺角開左呢間四季文昌,即刻仆到黎試,因為我真係好鍾意飲椰子雞湯。餐廳地方好大,座位闊落,而且裝修有格調,真係同舊派火鍋店好唔同!先點小食「海南東風螺」 ($52),螺肉好爽口,用淡豉油調味,簡單得黎又能吊出鮮味,唔錯!原味椰子雞鍋 ($258/隻),店員教我地落雞後冚蓋,待漏斗既沙流晒之後,約七分鐘再開蓋食就啱啱好。我地當然乖乖照做,雞件足一隻雞,肉質嫰滑;不過我更欣賞既係湯底,係好清甜既椰子雞湯,仲好味過阿媽煲!入面既係椰青肉,又甜又嫰,我同朋友係咁飲湯同加湯,真係齋飲湯都抵!食飽雞、飲飽雞湯,我地加左個「日本產地直送野菜籃」 ($49),內有各種蔬菜同雜菇,味道好新鮮,尤其雜菇,粒粒飽滿,好食。之後係另一重點,「黑松露龍蝦煲仔飯」 ($238),一打開蓋,松露既香氣即撲鼻而來;龍蝦足一隻,新鮮彈牙,估唔到傳統煲仔飯都可以配合好西式既松露龍蝦;飯底有焦香,喜歡食飯焦既朋友可以加埋椰子雞湯黎泡食,簡直一流!飲品方面,我叫左呢杯咁靚既雞尾酒「Rainbow」($120),成分有伏特加、紅石榴糖水、橙汁、菠蘿汁、藍橙皮酒,雖然聽落去好多酒,但飲落去甜甜地,無乜酒味,好啱

飲品方面,我叫左呢杯咁靚既雞尾酒「Rainbow」($120),成分有伏特加、紅石榴糖水、橙汁、菠蘿汁、藍橙皮酒,雖然聽落去好多酒,但飲落去甜甜地,無乜酒味,好啱女仔飲;而且最重要係靚吖嘛,影黎呃Like好easy!

最後黎多個甜品「溶岩南瓜」 ($68),用原個南瓜裝住紫薯蓉同雪糕,紫薯同南瓜都係軟軟甜甜既蔬果,唔駛講都知道夾,再加埋凍冰冰既雪糕,豐富左個口感,確係正!
