To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五香牛展夾餅,牛展配上芝麻汁同香蔥,再夾到餅皮裏面一齊食,原來又係另一番滋味——芝麻嘅濃香,牛展嘅爽嫩,蔥花嘅香氣,麵包嘅甘甜…(好似越寫越誇張-__-b)總之兩個字,好味!

呢個時節就可以食到蟹粉小籠包喇!我好謹慎咁夾起千祈唔好整穿,小籠包湯汁漏咗嘅話美味真係會減八成!一啖放入口再讓湯汁喺口內噴發,哇~比呢度普通嘅小籠包美味不止兩倍!(下~咩話?張相有D貨不對版?呃...因為一上臺嘅時候大家太心急食咗幾隻我先大嗌唔記得影相,於是老爺突發奇想將食剩嘅一隻蟹粉小籠包放咗落另一籠食咗一隻嘅小籠包裏面濫竽充數,拿~咁樣唔多覺嘅!)(作者:你哋分唔分到邊只先係蟹粉小籠包啊?食家們:講笑咩,一眼就識穿啦~-__-||)

當日老爺仲叫咗個海鮮粥同雲吞麵,我雖然覺得喺上海餐館叫粵菜會有少少奇怪,但試咗下味道用料好足仲係有水平嘅。至少老爺好滿意,老人家開心就好!

難得揾到一間我哋年輕人都中意食嘅中菜,老爺奶奶又對出品讚不絕口,呢個生日晚餐個個都好滿意~Perfect!
