友人生日想請佢食餐飯,朋友介紹咗呢度,就嚟試下。搭扶手電梯上2樓嗰陣已經隱約見到間餐廳名,但係上到去又見唔到,一擰轉頭心入面就嘩咗聲,因為呢個商場都係開揚café類 / 連鎖店多,唯獨佢呢間,睇門面已經feel到有霸氣!個裝修係幾靚,我特別欣賞佢店入面用瓷片 (打碎嘅碗?) 砌嘅服裝掛畫,乍看好似幅幅一樣,但細看就發覺每幅都有d唔同,幾有心思。食晏時間都幾多人,同隔離檯都幾近。一坐低先食個前菜,栗子同花生一齊醃,食栗子會食到少少花生味,反之亦然,而且醃得幾淋,唔使點咬,好啱做前菜。個茶都好飲,茶壺有格調。(我遲咗到,所以唔知係咩茶)先上「李白醉雞」($78),我自己跟過師傅斬雞,知道一d都唔容易,所以好欣賞佢可以擺得咁靚!好香酒味,雞又滑,唔錯唔錯。好快就上埋「皇朝擔擔拉麵」($58),餐牌上佢係有隻辣椒icon,而佢都真係幾辣,唔食辣嘅朋友可能要叫其他嘢喇 ~ 不過呢個好味!麵幾彈牙,而且湯入面仲有d醬料,令個味更豐富。「皇朝話梅骨」($88),上碟嗰陣見d肉堆埋哂喺隻碟嘅角落 (係靚嘅),以為份量唔係好多,點知食到我哋兩個飽哂都仲未食完 ...介紹我哋嚟嘅朋友話呢個好正,但d骨多,

介紹我哋嚟嘅朋友話呢個好正,但d骨多,我呢次食就覺得還好,算正常。但係真係好食,肥瘦適中,d肉入味得嚟唔會受哂話梅嘅酸。不過其實睇佢個汁咁樣啱啱掛住d肉,晶瑩剔透、不多不少,就知師傅好功架,所以唔好食先出奇!
