To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本沒想過出尖咀,但B先生難得有空,那不如一起出來吃飯。B先生閃閃眼地問不如試試牛角,其實我是未試過日式燒肉,只是從日本柴娃娃燒肉遊戲中見識過,好奇心驅使下一道去。放了工匆匆到LCX,六點多還未滿座,「坐下來,豁出去」,點啊點,樣樣都好味~生菜沙律B先生話好食,我就麻麻,始終唔係咁鍾菜食生菜....反而個汁較得好好。B先生好鐘重牛舌,有口感,燒多一兩塊先掌握到火候。好味啊~~~口感和油花香味結合得恰到好處,牛味濃郁,食完上天堂!今晚最讚的!其實是雜菜拼盤,蘆筍,雞肶菇同冬菇都好新鮮,重新喚起我對燒雜菜的熱情!今餐又一高潮,調味棒得沒話說,牛味和摻在蔥味裡,B先生的最愛(當然小妹的烹調應該替它加了分XD)牛柏葉忘了拍照。好特別的味道,但口感一般。B先生倒是很喜歡雪糕配上黑糖漿與黃豆粉,好吃加倍,比花士令更美妙的滋潤!徘徊在熱熔和凍硬之間的掙扎。好像燒熱了外皮,裡面的雪糕像冰一樣,我還是欣賞牛角雪糕的多。價錢作為日式燒肉來考慮還是可以的,但這餐的感覺太美好了,我俩齊呼好滿足!不知不覺吃了兩個小時,我和B先生都沒有說話,只是看著盤裡燒得香味連連的牛肉,耳聽滋滋作響的天籟,噢頁,爽斃了!走的時

價錢作為日式燒肉來考慮還是可以的,但這餐的感覺太美好了,我俩齊呼好滿足!不知不覺吃了兩個小時,我和B先生都沒有說話,只是看著盤裡燒得香味連連的牛肉,耳聽滋滋作響的天籟,噢頁,爽斃了!
走的時候忍不住看一下旁邊,同一聯盟的mou mou club,我們又有新目標了。
(九點再經過的時候已經人滿為患,愈早去愈好)
