今日荃灣呢頭做野,終於有機會黎試下路德圍既呢間cafe bar。 八點黎到,見到招牌寫住手工啤,舖仔細細,已經見到有幾台客飲緊。呢度餐牌有好多送酒小食,每款都好有特色,菜名都好特別。先試左個酩酊大醉,原來係鴨舌黎,一個碗仔有12條,每條都好淋滑酒味濃。原來一介草民係牛舌,每一片都切到好似牛餐肉咁,煎得好香有牛未,加埋少少芥末,黎到一定要試下。另一道菜叫左,踏薯尋梅,係加左酸梅粉既薯條。原來梅粉既酸甜滋味,對比加茄汁係有過之而無不及。食住呢啲小食,又邊可以唔飲返兩杯招牌手工啤酒,分別叫左「麥之戀人」同「冰山雪蓮」。口味特別,入口順滑。由於未食晚飯嘅關係仲叫咗個雙重松露熱狗同軟殻蟹泰式炒意大利粉。呢一餐真係好滿足。
