Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天是粉嶺一天遊 對一個住港島的人來說很山長水遠呀既然來了 當然就要試特別的。。。 同餐廳名字一樣，蕃薯餐 由飲品，主食到甜品都跟蕃薯有關連！什麼也不想一行5人 就點了一大堆 芥蜜脆皮原隻鹹豬手 $168 x2豬手(配菜薯仔+酸菜),餐湯+牛油多士,蕃薯奶茶(+$15)好脆呀！ 勁香！homemade芥蜜汁超好味 一定要點！跟餐是有肉有菜的蘿宋湯跟又暖又軟的牛油多士！ 還有好有口感既蕃薯奶茶！一點都不奶茶呀,滿口的蕃薯呀 對了！凍蕃薯奶茶是打沙冰的！雖然冰熱都相同+$15, 凍飲大杯好多呀！午餐3 $58豬扒茄醬天使麵,餐湯,蕃薯奶茶(+$15)這個相比其他就很一般了。。維持生命ok的 😂焗飯餐 $78茄醬甘薯焗雞扒飯,餐湯+牛油多士,蕃薯奶茶(+$15)超好吃！ 炒飯很乾身, 茄醬配搭下去很好 上面還有幾粒甘薯, 好特別 蕃薯西多士 $36 x2中心夾很多很多蕃薯溶 不甜再加少少糖醬剛剛好！ 不錯呀！ 好特別！(右) 甘薯芝士蛋糕 $38(左) 薑汁甘薯蛋糕 $28實在太飽了 就決定外帶了蛋糕們回家了薑汁甘薯真的不是只得個名 真的把蕃薯糖水變了蛋糕！ 值得試！甘薯cheesecake
