📍申子居酒屋食過幾次都覺得好食!見到呢排啲餐牌都變咗,多咗唔少新菜式。新出有廣島蠔春卷($108),入邊包住原隻廣島蠔再炸,入邊仲有紫蘇葉食落去中和咗嗰陣油味。餐廳自家製燒賣($68)望落去個樣幾特別係白雪雪,一咬落去個魚肉味都幾香濃,同埋口感都彈牙。和牛漢堡($78)比想像中結實,本身已經醃過就咁食都得,但餐廳仲會配埋鹽、檸檬汁同埋山葵。叫咗鮮魚兩食($368),係分開天婦羅同埋刺身兩食,今日餐廳用咗池魚去整,刺身嘅口感幾結實同幾鮮味!天婦羅就用咗紫蘇葉包埋去炸,個底下仲會有炸埋嘅魚骨可以食埋,居酒屋嚟講好少有咁特別嘅菜式。
