To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳以羊肉為賣點，賣嘅係蒙古正宗風味，一口氣點晒全羊宴：🥢肚包肉湯($68两個) - 呢個第一次食出面比較少有，好特別，係內蒙古特色羊肉菜餚，用羔羊的羊肚包裹住新鮮的羊肉，再用細麻繩封住羊肚進行烹飪。 手工野，以往只有宴客之整，所以三十幾蚊一粒系值嘅，咬落好彈牙，用羊湯嚟滾好鲜味👍👍🥢羊肉串($45 三串)- 嫩唔蘇，值得encore😋最正有醃白蘿蔔💗💗好耐冇食過，配羊肉串超一流！🥢羊排當歸湯($68) - 真心推介，好香當歸味，真材實料，飲完個人好暖，而且冇口渴，雖然要等製作，但值得👍👍🥢羊肉炒麵 - 個面身好彈牙本來想試埋馬酒，怕醉，🤭成餐300蚊有找， 下次想試手抓羊肉😊😊
