To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係佐敦食完午餐，就行左一陣街，醒起佐敦附近有間都算新開又近期好出名嘅麵包店，所以順道去揾一下，因為佢出名係酵母菌制作嘅麵包，制作出品都好認真，好多人慕名而來，我都一樣係個麵包控，所以真係要試下。去到裡面好多人，不需要排隊，地方比較細，但好整潔，麵包都有成20 款，仲有自家出品嘅核桃醬，好似好正咁播我買左下圖嘅骰仔包$24 四四方方，肉眼估計大約 3.5'x 3.5' , 好軟熟，好好食，好多粒粒朱古力，好重朱古力味但唔太覺d咖啡味，可能已經溶為一體仲有下圖：肉鬆皇冠都係好好食，可惜肉鬆太少，但好香，有芝士香味，同肉鬆好夾，所以好正麵包整體上係好食架，唔錯。
