To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於抗疫疲勞，又係食好D時間，去了尖沙咀一間很有驚喜的餐廳。在門口先量體溫， 在枱上已預備好紙製口罩套，窩心又放心。內在環境燈光柔和，氣氛浪漫，牆上的畫和menu的插畫是同一系列，看得出悉心佈置。先來餐前飽上枱還有微熱，外脆內軟， 加少少醋和橄欖油， 醒神開胃。香煎鵝肝煎得外脆內軟， 有無花果和香梨蓉作配搭， 能夠有中和作用。 Purple Rain & Pink Perfume怪不得此餐廳有好玩的感覺，本身酒的顏色已經好靚，調酒師在我們面前玩玩把氣，不出一陣產生了化學作用，浮起一個大泡泡，超得意呀。雜菜加芝士如果是芝士控就有福了， 店員在我們面前把厚厚的芝士刨在雜菜上面。 雜菜本身也非常豐富，有炸薯角，蘆筍，酸雜菜等，芝士豐富了整碟菜的層次。 白酒煮青口份量十足，青口汁也很鮮甜。西班牙黑毛豬黑毛豬厚厚的， 食材新鮮， 烹調得剛剛好，也有香梨蓉和紫薯伴碟，加上芥末醬， 中和番啖啖肉的感覺。金箔芒果栗子卷隻碟上枱時也是冰冰的， 能夠保持甜品的溫度。 芒果蛋糕外面脆脆，內面creamy，上面放了栗子蓉， 有朱古力和鳥結糖伴碟， 配搭得天衣無縫。
