To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日專程去試試依間米芝蓮餐廳,不是推介,是一星的。叫左個例湯,15蚊碗,取價合理。足料,夠火侯,夠簡單,作為一碗15蚊既湯,佢俾足功課 之後黎蒜香骨,夠入味,炸得夠乾身,味道不錯,但以近百元來說價錢偏貴再黎一個六寶,五樣炸野,味道一般,當中芋卷凍凍地,唔知係凍食地係因為整定,個豆腐就唔錯,夠薄皮,豆腐夠滑。但整體麻麻地,可以不叫主食黎個牛河,周圍都有,有咩特別?就係特別少油同乾身,真係乾炒,如果要我俾個原因再黎一定係因為佢 總體而言,彭慶記質數不錯較一般中菜少油,不錯不錯。但價錢及位置不太吸引,下次可能要有特別原因先會再黎
