To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱去開呢頭酒店住，食完Lunch唔夠飽所以就想食糖水，呢間bookmark咗好耐又好少會入嚟，咁難得緊係去食啦。叫咗啲小食又叫幾款糖水，叫咗燉蛋 綠豆沙 腐竹糖水 芝麻糊，燉蛋好食到無影相。呢個紅豆沙真係好堅好好食! 陳皮味同紅豆融為一體，煲到食緊流沙包入面嘅流沙咁，真係好好好幸福吖!!! 所以我夜晚食完嘢忍唔住又去叫碗外賣! 呢間用心去煲糖水嘅小店要多多支持，真係買少見少。老闆娘仲要好有禮貌，問我哋邊到可以捐啲券。支持support!
