間中又想來葵廣行個圈,今日試左幾間之前一路想試嘅食店,除左手卷、冷麵,就來左位於3樓TOP世界角落位嘅呦呦鹿鳴布丁燒,一直都見過唔少人介紹,好有興趣。中午時間來到,隔離左右D鋪頭都未開。布丁燒鋪位都幾大,側邊有幅好大嘅插畫,原來係店主自己親手畫,又幾得意,善用空間之餘,又變埋鋪頭特色,可以打下卡。畫中簡單介紹左佢地嘅布丁燒口味,畫得幾靚除左即食布丁燒,佢地都有做D百日宴、散水餅ar、宴會等大量預訂,我已經心思思想訂!鋪頭都掛左好多插畫,寫左佢地嘅限定口味、推薦口味。布丁燒嘅口味非常多,呢個係佢地嘅特色,幾有新意,唔係淨係得朱古力、原味、抹茶呢D比較常見嘅。仲製作左好多例如椰子、咖啡、豆腐、百利酒,最特別係茶味布丁燒:鐵觀音、焙茶伯爵茶同茉莉花,款款都好想試。點左兩款試下,包括招牌嘅椰爺布丁燒同焙茶布丁燒,店員會幫我地調番轉個布丁,如果想影相可以同佢講聲。因為布丁燒上燒左個2019字眼嘅logo架,都好靚椰爺布丁燒真係幾特別,有好重椰子味,好fresh!最正係食到有椰絲,好有新鮮感面頭加左焦糖,但唔會好甜,布丁動L動L,好滑,最底係芝士蛋糕,三層好夾。另外焙茶果款都好特別架,茶濃突出,香

椰爺布丁燒真係幾特別,有好重椰子味,好fresh!最正係食到有椰絲,好有新鮮感

面頭加左焦糖,但唔會好甜,布丁動L動L,好滑,最底係芝士蛋糕,三層好夾。
另外焙茶果款都好特別架,茶濃突出,香港食布丁燒嘅地方唔多,仲要有咁多口味,要support!
