一直聽人講呢間cafe嘅野食又好味又精緻終於去左試,果然無錯藝術打印朱古力最出名一定係呢款art print朱古力或者咖啡,揀左朱古力底,面頭個層係類似奶蓋,texture好thick好濃cheese味,朱古力飲落唔係粉溝水咁淡,比較驚喜原來係凍嘅所以比起熱朱古力感覺上無咁甜日本和牛西冷10oz主食咁岩見到有聖誕節season’s greeting set就揀左呢款日本和牛西冷,完全無overcook層次分明,扒嘅外表煎到微焦,肉仲keep到好嫩好juicy,配菜有日式黃瓜沙律同烤日本南瓜,有輕輕調過味幾fresh~橄欖油炒墨魚汁意粉配帶子叫左另一款意粉主食,橄欖油加蒜味好香口,意粉硬度適中偏有咬口,而帶子大大粒,都係煎到表面金黃色入面岩岩好熟,有啲似食緊刺身🤣炸魷魚圈配黑松露蛋黄醬汁估唔到呢款小食嘅份量咁多,食得出係即刻炸上枱時仲好脆好熱,而且魷魚圈肉都唔會好韌易咬開,配埋重黑松露味蛋黄醬更加惹味~跟set有南瓜湯,偏杰身而且有少少薑味~
