To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滿心期待來到,但食物種類與月初的食評已有點分別,亦沒有頭盤。生蝦不太新鮮,最重要的沾醬汁淡而無味。蝦餅是來貨再翻煎,油膩不彈牙,死死實實的。酸辣鳳爪完全只是形似,但不入味。冬陰功是偏酸果種,每碗内有一隻雪蝦。串燒無論是雞/牛/豬,都是過度使用鬆肉粉,阿婆無牙都食到,最失敗之作。青咖哩海鮮薈,比茶餐廳還要差。串燒虎蝦中規中矩,唔算大隻,無論寫幾多隻佢哋只係會跟人頭每人比一隻。燒魷魚:連薩利亞都比不上。燒菠蘿、和牛粒、甜品、羊鞍:正常總括而言,完全唔似食緊泰國菜,只係個菜名同埋部分食物嘅賣相似,但所用香料同烹調方式都一定唔係出自泰國廚師。很失望,差不多每款菜都沒有再翻點,未夠鐘就結賬離坐了。
