成日聽朋友提起呢間台式火鍋,趁住今日凍凍地,一於暖下個胃。門口接待至入座非常有禮兼順暢,座位寬闊舒適,枱面用具乾淨齊全。裝潢陳設古式古香,擺放整齊,都幾衛生。唔好講咁多Order過尚膳養生鍋先,打開個蓋,非常濃厚嘅藥材味湧出來,眼前嘅係人蔘同好多滋補藥材,飲啖湯個人成個暖哂,真材實料有回甘嘅人蔘味。好啦!可以開始淥嘢食啦!安格斯雪花肥牛雪花平均,略略焯熟入口鮮嫩牛味幾香;千張豆葉紙其實係腐竹皮,放落湯1秒再撈起,立即吸收湯汁,超級好味!墨魚味好重嘅黑白滑,顏色靚靚食慾大增,而且非常彈牙!朋友叫我必點嘅咸蛋炸魚皮,依然冇介紹錯,好香鹹蛋味,又係1秒傑作,小小咸又吸收左少少湯汁,夠晒鹹香惹味!有乜好得過用易吸湯汁嘅材料做火鍋,白玉毛瓜雙拼係白蘿蔔同毛瓜,仲好有心思整成蝴蝶型添!仲有仲有,點少得新竹米粉,養生湯米粉完成!食熱辣辣嘅火鍋最好就有凍冰冰嘅飲品啦,杭菊露、烏梅汁,兩樣都冰凍好味,尤其是杭菊露,飲落去好滋養舒喉。店員不時巡視客人需要加湯收碟等,都幾落力,食物質素唔錯,回頭指數極高!
