好多年前茶餐廳新推出左一款飲品,記得叫做麥皮胚芽好立克,果時都仲未興飲台式飲品,就唔好話珍珠奶茶喇。果時杯好立克飲落去加埋粒粒胚芽同麥皮,有得咬下,個口感都幾特別架,就好似木糠布甸咁。M記呢個好立克麥旋風雪糕就同果時杯飲品概念差唔多。佢個好立克雪糕好立克味唔會勁重,我自己覺得味道適中岩岩好,可惜既係胚芽攪左入雪糕入邊濕左口感就冇咁脆口,全部脆身都係依賴餅乾碎。所以如果我食就會直接食返普通oreo 麥旋風,如果真係要食好立克我反而建議食朱古力脆皮,脆皮加好立克雪糕呢個配搭,個人感覺無論口感同味道都比好立克麥旋風好。
