《鮨一魂 - 銅鑼灣》屈指一算,我都好耐無食Omakase 啦😝前排最多都係食鐵板燒,壽司🍣就真係好耐無食🤓不過好多時好食既壽司店晚市都要提早預約呢🤨所以我特登早三星期打去呢間想食好耐既鮨店book 枱當日準時入座😉一坐低店員就奉上熱茶,我今次選左《藤 Fuji Omakase》,無耐就開始上前菜啦😋💁🏻‍♀️響螺響螺食落肉質爽脆,口感有少少煙韌,而且味道十分鮮甜👍🏻💁🏻‍♀️茶碗蒸茶碗蒸一定係熱辣辣咁先好食😋一打開蓋就聞到海鮮既味道,店員話因為廚師用左太刀魚肉同松葉蟹一齊去蒸,所以每一啖都食得到魚同蟹湯既味道💁🏻‍♀️刺身師傳按照呢排當造既食材去挑選兩款刺身比食客,當晚其中一款就有醬油漬鯖魚啦,師傅輕輕燒過鯖魚,令肉身個味更出,食落一啲都唔腥,咸香味十足👍🏻💁🏻‍♀️壽司十二貫 當晚師傅一共安排左十二款壽司比我地食,其中有幾款特別深刻😋🐟喉黑魚身脂肪好多,入口充滿油香,師傅用火槍燒過魚既表面後更令魚身有點焦香🐟粒貝貝類壽司黎講,我平日偏好赤貝,但今次試過粒貝後我覺得粒貝更脆口同埋甘甜,師傅喺壽司上面搽左一層薄薄既醬料,更帶出左佢既鮮味🐟大呑拿魚腩大呑拿魚腩超級肥美,而壽司醋飯酸酸地又剛好帶出

拖羅卷係我其中一個favourite item😍個卷入面充滿剁碎左嘅吞拿魚蓉,食落唔會有渣,紫菜、呑拿魚蓉同壽司醋飯三個味道配搭好夾👍🏻大愛

相信好多人食Omakase就係為左食餐廳個精選既海膽😍 師傅會將海膽壽司直接放喺客人手背上面, 避免客人用餐具去食,因為咁樣好有可能會破壞咗海膽本身嘅原味道,海膽好Creamy味道濃郁😋超級想encore
