To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友生日想食齋，同老闆娘講可否叫師傅做到。她和師傅很好幫我安排。齋菜做得好好。因為師傅不是做開齋菜特定幫忙做。也能做得好用心好好味，朋友們個個都滿意喜出望外。真心講真係好美味。多謝師傅及老闆娘。下次再食過服務員態度又好，食得好舒服好有親切感，不但食物好還有人情味。有朋友有机會可以一試無介紹錯。
